Kern of Peter M. Scotti & Associates sells 10,253 s/f building for $1.05 million

West Warwick, RI Michael Kern, MAI, of Peter M. Scotti & Associates has sold a former CVS at 1125 Main St. for $1.05 million. Kern was the sole broker. 
The buyer, Liscotti Development, has plans to redevelop the property. The 10,253 s/f building is supported by a .79 acre site. The property was vacant at the date of sale.
