Kent of CBRE | Portsmouth completes two sales totaling $4.2 million in New Hampshire

According to CBRE | Portsmouth, PNJK, LLC has purchased the 23,100 s/f medical/professional office building located at 55 High St. for $2.6 million. 55 High St. is the only class A medical/professional office building in the town. The new owners purchased the property as an investment opportunity. Tenants of the building include, Edward D. Jones, Pediatric Associates, Portsmouth Regional Hospital, Appledore Medical Group, Gastroenterology P.A. and Clipper Cardiovascular. Kent White of CBRE | Portsmouth represented the sellers in this transaction and Brenda Litchfield represented the buyers. White is representing the new owners in the leasing of the third floor which consists of 2,000 - 7,485 s/f of available office space. In another transaction, Rockingham Golf Course, LLC purchased the Rockingham Country Club golf course located at 200 Exeter Rd., Newmarket, for $1.6 million. The new owner plans to continue the operation of the golf course and build a single-family residential development on the undeveloped land portion of the property. White represented the sellers in this transaction.
