Colliers International leased 2,630 s/f of retail space in the J.J. Newberry building located at 19 Congress St. Maxine Kenny of Colliers' Portsmouth office represented the lessor, Wenberry Associates, LLC and Peter Considine of The Dartmouth Company of Boston represented the lessee, LIT Boutique International Group, Inc., in this multi-year transaction.
