Kenney of ARC Realty leases for Northstar at Parkman Brook S.C.

Several new leases have recently been signed at Parkman Brook Shopping Center, according to Ray Kenney of ARC Realty Advisors. Bootlegger's (6,000 s/f), Planet Fitness (20,000 s/f) and Pet Life (7,500 s/f) have now opened. "Northstar completely transformed this center by renovating with a clean, modern look which attracted several strong regional operators," said Kenney. The center is located on Portsmouth Ave. (Rte. 108) directly across the street from Shaw's Supermarket and other regional retailers. ARC Realty Advisors, LLC is a retail leasing firm based in Boston, Mass. specializing in landlord representation. Northstar Centers owns regional shopping centers throughout New England and its principal is Frederic Leopold.
