Kemperol Roofpatch stops leaks fast with waterproofing technology

Kemperol Roofpatch - a ready-to-use patch kit that uses advanced waterproofing technology to reliably stop leaks and cover cracks and damaged areas - is now available through select distributors of building products. It is ideal for building and roofing contractors, building owners, and property managers who often need emergency repairs. The novel solution is manufactured by Kemper System, a global leader in cold, liquid-applied, reinforced waterproofing technology for over 50 years. The kit comes in a flat aluminum pouch that includes rubber gloves and a reinforcement fleece pre-saturated in a single-component, solvent-free and odor-free Kemperol 1K-SF waterproofing resin. The reinforced membrane is pre-cut to approx.10" x 18" (27 x 41 cm) so a single patch can handle most repairs. Patches can also be overlapped to cover larger areas. The multi-purpose patch adheres tightly without a primer to: bitumen sheets, PVC roofing sheets, concrete, wood, and metal. The resin is rainfast in 60 minutes, and can be walked on after 12 hours. Waterproofing products from Kemper protect such landmarks as Fenway Park, the Empire State Building in New York City, the U.S. Capitol dome in Washington, D.C., and the High Museum of Art in Atlanta and the historic Don Cesar National Resort in St. Petersburg, Fla.

Investing in a falling rate environment - by Harrison Klein

Long-term interest rates have fallen by 100 basis points, and the market is normalizing. In December of 2022 I wrote an article about investing in a high interest rate, high inflation market. Since then, inflation has cooled off, and the Fed has begun lowering their funds rate.
