Kelley and Panasis of Brady Sullivan leases 3,292 s/f at 1750 Elm St.
Brady Sullivan Properties negotiated a long-term lease transaction with Maxim Healthcare Services, a Maryland based company, for 3,292 s/f at the Brady Sullivan Tower, 1750 Elm St. The Brady Sullivan Tower is the former NH Insurance building, now a 212,000 s/f class A office tower.
Ben Kelley and Charles Panasis worked to complete the deal on behalf of Brady Sullivan Props. Mike Monks of Monks & Co. represented the tenant.
