10 Francis Street - Providence, RIProvidence, RI David Banigan and Michael Alves of Keller Williams Commercial completed the $795,000 sale of 10 Francis St.
The property is a 17-unit row house. The seller was MVP, LLC and the buyer was JRM Properties, LLC. The buyer’s broker was Lori Gardner of RE/MAX River’s Edge.
