Keller Williams Boston Northwest signs 100th agent

Concord, MA Keller Williams Boston Northwest, one of Metrowest Boston’s leading real estate brokerages, continues success and growth with the hiring of its 100th employee.

“I am proud of the number of highly skilled agents we’ve had the privilege of recruiting and of the tremendous growth this brokerage has seen in its eight years,” said Christina Hill, team leader of KW Boston Northwest. “Our agents and their expertise are our most valuable assets, and we are truly appreciative of that.”Keller Williams 100th

In November of 2007, Hill and several of the Concord area’s leading real estate professionals opened Keller Williams Realty Boston Northwest. Driven by a desire to serve their clients at a higher level and a passion for helping their colleagues succeed in a drastically changing real estate market, they shared their knowledge and talents with one another. These original trailblazers stayed true to the Keller Williams way, valuing integrity above all and holding each other to a high standard. The rapid growth that followed resulted in the brokerage shooting from ranking #266 in the state at the end of 2008, to ranking #73 in the state at the end of 2009.

KW Boston Northwest noted substantial growth during the early years and has since been growing steadily. In addition to the now over 100 agents, the office employs a full time staff of six and several contract employees. The culture-centered environment at the brokerage offers private workspaces, unparralelled training, countless educational opportunities, and a profit sharing program. Currently the brokerage ranks #26 out of 5,500 brokerages in state of Mass. and does nearly $300 million in volume each year. Additionally, the brokerage consistently sells more homes than any other Concord area brokerage, according to MLS data.

“The success of our brokerage lies in the way we all operate and conduct ourselves, both as a team and as a family,” said Hill. “We pride ourselves in the positive environment we have all created and filled with talented people. I am so blessed to be on a team with 100 of the best and brightest (agents) without whom none of this would be possible.”

The milestone was celebrated at the monthly business meeting on October 19 and was announced by Kristen Hillberg, one of the original 4 agents hired at the brokerage. Upon recognizing Hill for the milestone, every person in the room stood to give Hill a standing ovation. The announcement was followed with a champagne toast and cake.
