Keiran named CFO and portfolio manager at R.J. Kelly

Burlington, MA David Keiran has been hired as CFO and portfolio manager at R. J. Kelly Co., Inc (RJK). As CFO and portfolio manager, Keiran will oversee the company’s financial activities, investment portfolio and will work with the senior management team managing investor relations and reporting.

Keiran has more than 30 years of professional experience in many facets of real estate investment, development and management, including accounting, taxation, finance, investment analysis, compliance, capital markets, investor relations/reporting and asset, property and portfolio management.

Before joining RJK, Keiran was CFO of Miami-based Easton Group. 

Prior to the Easton Group, David was the CFO of Boston based Marcus Partners, Inc. Other professional experience includes prior roles as Senior Vice President and Director of Investor Relations for Boston based New Boston Real Estate Investment Funds and as a Partner of Boston based TA Realty. Before joining TA Realty, David was with Price Waterhouse in Boston where he specialized in real estate, banking and investment company audits.
