Keeler of Concord Commercial sells Canterbury Woods Country Club
Jody Keeler, CPA of Concord Commercial, LLC sold Canterbury Woods Country Club at 15 West Rd. for $1.66 million to Robert MacCormack.
The 18 hole course was designed by Ross Forbes.
The property consists of 255 acres and an 8,350 s/f clubhouse.
Keeler represented the seller, Canterbury Woods, LLC.
