Keeler of Concord Commercial sells 80-unit Abbott Village for $2.55 million: Garland of Winsor Brook Property Advisors reps buyer
On behalf of Olga Gordon, Chapter 7 Trustee for the Bancruptcy Estate of Tanguay Homes, Jody Keeler of Concord Commercial completed the $2.55 million sale of Abbott Village.
Abbott Village is an 80-unit residential condominium complex consisting of 18 partially completed units, community building, the historic Abbott House and infrastructure and approvals for 60 additional units.
Jason Garland of Winsor Brook Property Advisors represented the buyer, North & South Builders, LLC.
