Keeler of Concord Commercial sells 60,435 s/f to AMENICO - $1.2m
Jody Keeler of Concord Commercial Real Estate negotiated the $1.2 million sale of a 60,435 s/f mixed-use facility at 5 Main St. to American Engergy Independence Co., LLC (AMENICO).
Cornerstone Properties, LLC represented the buyer and Keeler represented the seller, Five Main Holdings, Inc.
The building is on 6.9 acres.
AMENICO is NH's newest alternative energy company engaged in refining waste vegetable oils into usable, renewable, carbon neutral fuels.
