Keach of Coldwell Banker Realty named 2023 Rhode Island Realtor of the Year

Warwick, RI Michelle Keach, of Coldwell Banker Realty in Cumberland, was recently chosen by her peers as the 2023 Rhode Island Realtor of the Year. The award recognizes one of more than 6000 Realtors throughout Rhode Island for their dedication to the Realtor organization, as well as their civic contributions.

An active member of the Realtor community, Keach is the 2023 president of the Northern Rhode Island Board of Realtors and has served as a director on the boards of the Northern Rhode Island and Greater Providence Boards of Realtors, as well as the Rhode Island Association of Realtors. She has also served on numerous local and state Realtor committees.

Her dedication to her profession extends to her commitment to enhancing Rhode Island’s communities through active civic engagement. She has lent her support to many charities, including Crossroads RI, St. Jude’s Research Hospital and the Children’s Miracle Network, leaving a lasting positive impact through her contributions. In 2020, the Glocester Business Association recognized her with the Joan M. Scorpio Award for her outstanding and dedicated community service.

Keach has also achieved an impressive array of professional accomplishments. She has earned the Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Pricing Strategy Advisor, Advanced Digital Marketing Expert and Graduate, Realtor Institute designations as well as the Certified Residential Specialist, Certified Buyer Representative and Certified Distressed Property Expert certifications. She has also been a designated Professional Standards Mediator by the National Association of Realtors since 2017.

Keach was one of five candidates for the 2023 Rhode Island Realtor of the Year award, all named Realtors of the Year by their local Realtor boards. Other candidates included Mary Ulrich Budlong, Newport County Board of Realtors; Karen Catuogno, Commercial and Appraisal Board of Realtors; Bill Fain, Kent Washington Association of Realtors; and Ashley Almeida of the Greater Providence Board of Realtors. Keach was the award winner from the Northern Rhode Island Board of Realtors.
