Kavoogian of CBRE/New England leases 5,206 s/f to Cxense

Boston, MA CBRE/New England leased 5,206 s/f at 451 D St. in the Seaport District to Cxense. The building is owned in a joint venture between Meritage Properties, GE Asset Management and Commonwealth Ventures.

CBRE/NE’s Chuck Kavoogian represented Cxense in the transaction. CBRE/NE’s Bill Crean and Jonathan Freni represented owner Meritage Properties.

“We are thrilled to have added Cxense, another high-quality and innovative firm, to our tenant roster at 451 D,” said Erin Shaw, managing director at Meritage Props.

“Cxense and their agents at CBRE/NE recognized that 451 D has a unique ability to accommodate the needs of both large and small tenants in a highly amenitized industrial chic environment, just steps from The Lawn on D.”

“451 D Street has the vibrant location, terrific on-site amenities and community of like-minded tenants that make it appealing to practically every organization seeking a Boston presence,” said Bill Crean, senior Vice president/partner at CBRE/NE. “We are excited to welcome Cxense to the building.”

451 D St. offers numerous amenities including on-site parking, conference center, a fitness center and shuttle service to North and South Stations. The property recently underwent a façade renovation and is currently undergoing a lobby renovation.
