Kauffman and Gill of Sea Watch Realty broker $1.7 million sale
Sea Watch Realty, one of southeastern Massachusetts' leading full service commercial real estate firms has brokered the sale of the 2,586 s/f former bank branch building located at 8 North Park Ave. on February 20th for $1.7 million.
Steve Kauffman and Jim Gill of Sea Watch Realty were the listing brokers representing the seller JCM Plymouth Acquisitions III, LLC. The buyer, New England Commercial Properties, LLC. was represented by National Commercial Brokers, Inc. as a buyer's broker. The bank branch is located in the heart of downtown Plymouth adjacent to the intersection of Court St. and Rte. 44. It's a stand alone bank branch building with canopied double drive-thru. The branch has seven teller stations, safe deposit boxes, and vault.
