Kane Co. sells 2,800 s/f industrial condo to Arakelian Plumbing and Heating
Arakelian Plumbing and Heating, LLC (APH) purchased a 2,800 s/f industrial condominium at 102 Tide Mill Rd. from E & J Partnership. APH is a residential and commercial plumbing, heating, and cooling company that serves the Seacoast area. They have purchased the condo to expand their business.
Tide Mill has access to I-95, with loading and drive-in doors and second floor office or storage build-out.
Jean Kane of The Kane Company listed and sold this unit.
