Junior Realty LLC purchases 19,900 s/f
Warwick, RI Receiver for Wildfield Properties LLC, Lisa Kresge, Esq. of Brennan, Recupero, Cascione, Scungio & McAllister, LLP partnered with Kevin Casey of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal for the sale of 24 Minnesota Ave.
The 19,900 s/f industrial building is located off Rte. 1 near Rhode Island T.F. Green Airport.
The site generated interest, with seven bidders in attendance at the auction. Junior Realty LLC placed the winning bid, purchasing the property for $1.725 million. The building was sold with two existing leases.
