Judd of Konover Commercial signs Applied Geographics to 2,750 s/f

Konover Commercial Corp. recently negotiated a five year lease with Applied Geographics, Inc. for 2,750 s/f of office space on the first floor at Commerce Center One, 333 East River Dr. Applied Geographics, formerly of Manchester, has been providing comprehensive state of the art geographic information system (GIS) consulting services and solutions to real estate companies, businesses, and municipal governments across New England for 20 years. Elizabeth Judd, president of Konover Commercial Corp., served as broker for the lease transaction which was finalized in late July. Applied Geographics was represented by Kenneth Dill of CresaPartners in Providence, R.I. Konover Comm'l. Corp. is the property manager and leasing agent for the property, which is owned by Commerce Center One LLC. In addition, Konover Comm'l. Corp. provides property management services for the entire Commerce Center campus. Commerce Center One was originally developed by a Konover-related entity.
