Joyal of Lila Delman Real Estate sells 2,376 s/f for $3 million

Weekapaug, RI Lori Joyal, Lila Delman Real Estate’s Watch Hill sales manager has sold 13 Fenway Rd. for $3 million. Joyal represented the seller.

Measuring 2,376 s/f, the home features five bedrooms, four and two half bathrooms, an open air porch, and large, flat yard. 

Built in 1874 with 180 degree views of the Atlantic Ocean, this shingle-style cottage has the benefit of a protected parcel in front of the home, ensuring ocean views remain unobstructed. 

This year, Joyal has participated in all of Weekapaug’s sales. Lila Delman Associates represented both the seller and buyer of Weekapaug’s highest sale year-to-date, 54 Wawaloam Dr, for $3,595,000.*
