Joseph Properties LLC purchases 94,572 s/f warehouse at 300 Gay Street for $4 million

MANCHESTER NH Joseph Properties LLC has purchased a 94,572 s/f industrial building in the Brown Ave. Industrial Park at 300 Gay St. The building is near the Manchester/Boston regional airport, and access to I-93. The facility has 4,500 s/f of office space and 90,072 s/f or warehouse/distribution space. Features include active rail service (5 rail doors); 3 drive-in doors; 23'-26' clear height; 600 amps; 3-phase power, municipal water & sewer and gas heat. Joseph Props. will house the equipment/trucks/trailers for their firm Joseph Equipment Co. which sells heavy duty equipment worldwide, as well as the renting and leasing of their heavy duty equipment and trailers. Roger Dieker and Mike Tamposi of CBRE|New England were the listing brokers.
