John Sullivan Corp. to build 108,000 s/f Indian Brook medical office building

John Sullivan Corp. Inc., Construction Managers, has been contracted by Summit Land Development Corp. for the construction of the new 108,000 s/f Indian Brook medical office building at 10 Members Way. The four-story, brick veneer structure, designed by Berard-Martel Architects of Bedford will have a lower level for vehicular parking. After an August, 2007 groundbreaking, the Sullivan team, led by project manager Kevin Morse and site supervisor Roger McClure, has completed the site work and the building's foundation.  The entire building, expected to be completed by August 2008, will be leased to Wentworth-Douglass Hospital of Dover.
