JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality arranges sale of Bayside Resort Hotel

Yarmouth, MA JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality group has arranged the sale of Bayside Resort Hotel, a 128-room hotel located on Cape Cod.

JLL worked on behalf of the seller in the sale to Bayside Yarmouth LLC. The hotel will be managed by Jamsan Hotel Management.

Set on 3.95 acres, Bayside Resort Hotel features amenities including an indoor and outdoor pool, fitness center, family fun center and over 2,300 s/f of meeting space. Situated at 225 MA-28, the hotel is less than two miles east of Hyannis, 63 miles south of Boston and 80 miles east of Providence, RI. 

The JLL Capital Markets investment sales and advisory team was led by managing director Alan Suzuki, senior director Matthew Enright and analyst Emily Zhang.

“We are honored to have represented ownership on this well-maintained, strong-performing asset on Cape Cod overlooking Lewis Bay,” said Suzuki.
