JLL project and development services hires Higdon and Lozier

JLL's project and development services (PDS) group continues to grow with the addition of two new hires. Brad Higdon comes to JLL as a project manager from Consigli Construction, where he spent seven years as a project manager working on a variety of new construction and renovation assignments for both corporate and institutional clients. He has a BS in construction management from Arizona State University, a Construction Supervisor's License, and is a LEED AP. Brad Lozier joins the firm as a project manager from JLL's property management team, where he spent the last two years as a facility manager for American Student Assistance. Prior to JLL, Lozier worked as a facility project engineer at The Country Club in Chestnut Hill, Brookline, Mass. Lozier attended Northeastern for management and Wentworth for facilities planning and management. He has an AAS in Architecture from Erie Community College. With the addition of Higdon and Lozier, the Boston PDS group is now comprised of 40 project and development management professionals.
