Jewett Construction Co. transforms Route 44 Hyundai in Raynham, MA

Raynham, MA Jewett Construction, a leading design-build construction firm in Fremont, NH, has completed the Route 44 Hyundai renovation project. This remarkable project has breathed new life into the dealership, encompassing a wide range of renovations that have elevated the facility to meet Hyundai’s latest GDSI 2.0 branding standards.

The renovation project, spanning 23,000 s/f, included both interior and exterior upgrades that have not only enhanced the aesthetics but also improved functionality. The transformation encompasses various aspects of the dealership, making it more welcoming, efficient, and aligned with Hyundai’s corporate identity. Key features of the Route 44 Hyundai renovation project include the following: 

• A full showroom and sales office transformation: the heart of the dealership received a complete overhaul with a new layout, creating a more inviting and spacious environment for customers. The interior was adorned with all-new finishes, ensuring a modern and visually appealing atmosphere. 

• A new entrance vestibule: this new entrance vestibule was added to enhance the entrance experience for visitors and provide a stunning first impression of the dealership. 

 

 

• New car delivery spaces: the project introduced new car delivery spaces designed to streamline the process for customers and create a memorable moment when taking delivery of their new Hyundai vehicle. 

• Extensive exterior upgrades were made. The building’s exterior was re-clad with ACM paneling and storefront glass, aligning the facility with Hyundai’s GDSI 2.0 branding standards. These upgrades improve the aesthetics and reinforce the dealership’s identity. 

• Shop Space Upgrades: Not limited to customer-facing areas, the renovation also included substantial improvements to the shop spaces. 

• New plumbing and HVAC systems were installed, ensuring optimal working conditions for the staff. 

• Additionally, the project incorporated electrical infrastructure upgrades, including charging stations for electric vehicles, supporting Hyundai’s commitment to sustainability.
