Fremont, NH In 2019 Jewett Construction began a new tradition to highlight some of their outstanding team members for all the incredible accomplishments they achieved throughout the year. As a group, they determined that four awards would not only be handed out to the individuals but also memorialized on plaques in their office. They include:

• The 4EverSafe Award, which is given to the employee who demonstrates an exemplary implementation of safety in every facet of work.

• The Core Values Award, which goes to the team member that best embodies or core values of passion, ambition, respect, direct and honest, shared success, and family.

• The Lucky to Have You Award, given to the team member who has been on the team for less than one year and has far exceeded the expectations set for their role.

• The President’s Award, to the team member who made the largest impact on the company for the award year given.

These awards are a combination of all the things that every associate does well at Jewett Construction; they prioritize safety, they embody the Jewett core values, they welcome new members of their family, and they always strive to be the best at what they do day in and day out.

These awards are always given at the Shared Success Holiday Celebration and this year the event on December 10th at Cisco Brewers in Portsmouth was a success, the four winners were announced with the sounds of thunderous applause. This year’s winners include the 2021 4Eversafe Award winner superintendent Jerry Duprey, The Lucky to Have You Award winner project accountant Kaylee Pingree, The Core Values Award winner senior estimator Nate Weeks, and The President’s Award winner project accountant Mickey Holub.
