Jewett Const. promotes Weeks and Warner

 

 

Fremont, NH Jewett Construction has promoted Nate Weeks and Jon Warner to new positions within the company. Weeks will be taking on the role of director of estimating, and Warner will be stepping into the position of project executive.

Both promotions are a testament to Jewett Construction’s commitment to promoting growth and development from within. The impact Nate and Jon have made over the years has been indispensable to the company’s success, and these promotions reflect the company’s philosophy of providing opportunities for its employees to grow and develop their careers.

Weeks, who has been with Jewett for six years and began his career in March of 2017 as a pre-construction assistant, has been promoted to the position of director of estimating. In this new role, he will be responsible for overseeing the junior and senior estimating staff, ensuring that all preconstruction opportunities are delivered with the exceptional quality Jewett’s clients have come to expect. Nate has consistently proven himself to be a regimented learner, listener, and team player who is focused on the betterment of his department and the company overall.

Warner, who has been with Jewett for ten years and began his career in June of 2013 as a construction intern, has been promoted to the position of project executive. In his new role, Warner will be providing oversight and support for project teams, influencing projects in the preconstruction phase, and ensuring all clients receive the Jewett Experience throughout the project lifecycle. Warner’s leadership and expertise will continue to be invaluable as the company takes on more complex and challenging projects and grows its internal team.
