According to Flynn Properties, James Jepeal is its new chief financial officer. Flynn Properties is an opportunistic investment, development and management company based in West Hartford.
Jepeal brings his extensive experience in the structuring of real estate investments involving taxable and tax-exempt investors, institutions and developers.
His professional experience totaling 24 years includes 13 years in public accounting and 12 years working in the finance departments of national real estate investment companies including Hart Advisers, Aetna Realty Investors and KPMG.
Jepeal is a magna cum lade graduate from the University of Hartford (1985), passed the CPA exam in 1985 and received his CPA designation in 1988 after meeting the three years public accounting experience requirement.
Jepeal also holds a real estate salesperson's license and owns several residential real estate investments.
