Bruce Cagenello, CCIM of Prudential Connecticut Realty's Commercial Group in Avon was the sole broker in the transaction. Bakker's former condominium office space at 111 Simsbury Rd. has been exclusively listed for sale by Cagenello and is available in four individual 1,200 s/f units or as a whole totaling 4,800 s/f.
