JCS Construction Group oversees build-out of 2,500 s/f Leafline; New restaurant in Greenwich designed by Granoff Architects
JCS Construction Group, Inc., the general contractor, oversaw the new, urban, build-out of Leafline's new 2,500 s/f restaurant.
Improvements included new HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems, as well as, fabrication and installation of custom store fixtures. This environmentally conscience creation includes walls and banquettes that are covered in reclaimed barn wood and repurposed weathered steel.

The restaurant is located at 41 Greenwich Ave. It was designed by Granoff Architects. JCS millwork division provided the millwork.
