JB Sullivan Const. completes fit-up for WomanHealth OB/GYN

The interior tenant fit-up for WomanHealth OB/GYN was recently completed by the JB Sullivan Construction Corp. The scope of work for the five physician, hospital-owned, OB/GYN practice, which is located in the Lowell General Chelmsford campus at 20 Research Place, included the construction of eleven  examination rooms, four  consult rooms, two procedure units, an ultrasound facility, staffing offices, a nurses' station and employee lounge.   Working with JACA Architects, Inc. the Sullivan team, under the direction of project manager Kevin Morse and John Martins, site supervisor, also installed plumbing, HVAC equipment, electrical and sprinkler systems.
