Jacobs of Glickman, Kovago & Co. brokers sale for CVS/Caremark

Glickman, Kovago & Co. has brokered a recent real estate assemblage involving two parcels for CVS/Caremark Corp. CVS purchased the property located at 82 May St. in Worcester, from Mesala, Inc. formerly the home of Quality Muffler & Brake. Quality Muffler & Brake has relocated to Jacques St. CVS also leased the adjacent property located at 400 Park Ave. from Commercial Management Inc. of Worcester, formerly home to the Cactus Pete Restaurant. CVS is building a new 12,900 s/f store on the combined parcels, including a pharmacy and drive-thru. The store is expected to open in early 2009. Michael Jacobs, principal of Glickman, Kovago & Co., handled these transactions.
