Jackman Commercial Realty sells 1461 Hooksett Road for $971,000
According to John Jackman, CCIM and president of Jackman Commercial Realty, Inc., the firm has sold 1461 Hooksett Rd., named Granite Hill Business Center, a 29,391 s/f mixed-use retail and office professional property.
Jackman facilitated the transaction for the buyer, Kassas Real Estate Development, Inc. According to public record at the Merrimack County Registry of Deeds, the sales price of $971,000 was recorded.
The seller was GDC, Inc. as was represented by Norwood Group.
