Jackman Commercial Realty negotiates five leases at 547 Amherst St.

Nashua, NH 547 Amherst Street LLC has signed five leases totalling 11,067 s/f at it’s 35,684 s/f office building. The property is marketed by John Jackman, CCIM of Jackman Commercial Realty Inc., and managed by Chuck Thibodeau Integrated Realty Resources. The ownership group has invested in capital expenditure projects that have taken place over the last two years at the property, which include replacing the building’s roof, replacing all HVAC units in the building, and new paint and carpet in all common areas.

“547 Amherst St. is an iconic building because of its design and color scheme as well as its location at a lighted intersection. It’s easy to get to and easy to access all the retail services in the area. It is a great place to do business,” said Jackman.

With additional cap/ex projects planned for the early spring for both the interior and exterior of the property, fellow brokers in the market along with prospect and existing tenants at the property have acknowledged the ownership’s long-term plans and capital commitment to the property by expressing their satisfaction by signing three new leases, along with two existing tenants renewing five-year leases while expanding their footprint in the building.

Tenant renewals included Moving Kids Forward Therapy and law firm Maine Cernota & Rardin, both of whom expanded their footprint in the building to support their growing businesses. 547 Amherst also welcomed three new tenants: Shea CPA, Dr. Woods Hearing, and Mount Prospect Academy.

• Moving Kids Forward - 2,547 s/f

• Maine Cernota & Rardin - 3,723 s/f

• Shea CPA - 1,366 s/f

• Woods Hearing - 1,220 s/f

• Mount Prospect Academy - 2,211 s/f
