JACKMAN Commercial markets and sells 2-acre lot for $932,000
225 East Industrial Park Drive - Manchester, NHManchester, NH JACKMAN Commercial Realty, Inc. has marketed and sold the property located at 225 East Industrial Park Dr.
The property is a 2-acre lot located at the corner of East Industrial Park Dr. and Pepsi Rd. The site is improved with a 14,800 s/f building with a mix of office of about 4,000 s/f with the balance of open warehouse/mezzanine space.
According to the Registry of Deeds the new owners, EIPD 225 LLC, paid $932,000. It was assisted by Colliers.
