JAACRES leases 1,200 s/f to Charleston Shoe Company
Boston, MA JAACRES completed their fourth lease transaction with the Charleston Shoe Company at 174 Newbury St., according to Joseph Aquino, president.
This location consists of 1,200 s/f and is situated between Aldo Shoes and Gemma-m Shoes, and is adjacent to Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream.
JAACRES co-broked the lease transaction with Boston Urban Partners, a commercial real estate brokerage firm from Boston.
