J.M. Coull earns re-certification as Accredited Quality Contractor

J.M. Coull has earned re-certification as an Accredited Quality Contractor (AQC) from the Associated Builders and Contractors. J.M. Coull first earned AQC Certification in April 2005. Launched in 1993, the AQC program is a third party national accreditation providing recognition to construction firms that document their commitment to quality achievement in four areas of corporate responsibility: safety, employee benefits, training, and community relations and outreach activities.   "J.M. Coull has been a leader in the construction industry for many years and is committed to the highest standards of excellence in all facets of their performance.  Their record includes multiple ABC Excellence in Construction and Safety Awards and strong support of civic and community activities.  J. M. Coull is most worthy of the Accredited Quality Contractor designation, which ABC National awards to those top-level firms that are raising the bar for the construction industry," said Greg Beeman, president of ABC's Massachusetts chapter. AQC members must also provide evidence of quality work through letters from clients, proof of industry awards for projects completed, and membership in the chamber of commerce or like organization. "To be recognized as an Accredited Quality Contractor by the ABC is a badge of honor in this industry, and earning this certification reinforces J.M. Coull's long-standing commitment to exceeding the expectations of our customers and colleagues where quality and safety is concerned," said Andrew Coull, president of J.M. Coull. "This independent, third party endorsement by the ABC quantifies the best practices approach we apply as our way of doing business. That is our culture."
