J.M. Coull building 87,000 s/f for F.W. Webb

J.M. Coull is the construction manager for an 87,000 sf plumbing and heating supply facility for F.W. Webb. Coull's project manager is Robert Lallas. The building will be comprised of 43,000 s/f of ground level warehouse space and 22,000 s/f of mezzanine space. The self-serve shopping area is just under 11,000 s/f and an 8,000 s/f office is located within the building. Frank Webb's bath center showroom, comprised of 3,150 s/f, is also located within this building. The facility is expected to be completed by late November. The project team includes DesignScience International, HL Turner Group, and D&D Electrical Contractors.
