J. Calnan & Associates (JC&A), a leader in providing preconstruction and construction management services in the academic, corporate, healthcare and science & technology markets, has promoted Stephen Robak to executive vice resident, partner.
Robak has been with JC&A for 10 years and has worked on many high-profile projects.
including the brand new 250,000 s/f corporate campus project in Andover for Schneider Electric; a 750,000 s/f project across a 110 acre campus in Marlborough for Atlantic Management; and a 320,000 s/f project with a very aggressive schedule in Needham for PTC. Additionally, Robak has completed complex projects for Children's Hospital, NESN Studios, Shire, The Park School, Puma , Thayer Academy, and Converse to name a few.
