J. Calnan promotes Robak to executive vice president, partner

J. Calnan & Associates (JC&A), a leader in providing preconstruction and construction management services in the academic, corporate, healthcare and science & technology markets, has promoted Stephen Robak to executive vice resident, partner. Robak has been with JC&A for 10 years and has worked on many high-profile projects. including the brand new 250,000 s/f corporate campus project in Andover for Schneider Electric; a 750,000 s/f project across a 110 acre campus in Marlborough for Atlantic Management; and a 320,000 s/f project with a very aggressive schedule in Needham for PTC. Additionally, Robak has completed complex projects for Children's Hospital, NESN Studios, Shire, The Park School, Puma , Thayer Academy, and Converse to name a few. JC&A chief operating officer, Michael Crowther said, "Steve is an extremely focused and collaborative individual who takes great pride in his work. He has been instrumental in the continual development of our procedures, particularly with pre-construction planning and financial controls. His detailed and analytical approach to complex challenges has resulted in extremely strong client relationships, and overall project successes. Steve's new title reflects his achievement, contributions, and accomplishments within our organization, as well as the industry as a whole."
