IREM Connecticut chapter 51 to host ARM Track courses

Wallingford, CT Sponsored by Connecticut Chapter No 51 the ARM track course covers residential site management from A to Z, including enhanced content to address the unique needs of affordable housing and student housing.

The ARM Certification is regarded as the most recognized credential for residential real estate managers, and the ARM Track experience will get you one step closer to earning it. The ARM Track explores key concepts related to ethical real estate management and reviews the following key competency areas related to effective residential site management: human resources and relationship management, property financial management, maintenance and risk management, and marketing and leasing.

ARM Track Courses:

• Day 1, June 8 - Ethics for the Real Estate Manager (ETH800) **

• Days 2, 3, 4 & 5, June 13-16  - Managing Residential Properties (RES201)

• Day 6, June 17 -  ARM Certification Exam (ARMEXM).

Note that a standard calculator is required for this track.

June 8: (Ethics800 New 2014 requirement full day Ethics800 course added onto the RES201 track) 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.

June 13-16 - 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.

June 17 - ARMEXAM - 8 a.m. - 12 p.m.
