Interstate Realty Adv. and Vidal/Wettenstein co-broker 9-acre sale
A. J. Richard & Sons, Inc. with offices in Farmington, N.Y. has acquired the leasehold interest of the 80 Danbury Rd. retail property from Forecast Danbury, LP. The site includes Border's and a former Circuit City which will be the new home for P.C. Richards & Son. Sleepy's Bedding Company had an adjoining space which will be incorporated into the new electronic and appliance store. The property is a 9-acre site located on the busy retail Federal Rd. thoroughfare which include Stew Leonard's, Kohl's, Bob Stores, and other major retailers.
P. C. Richard & Sons has new stores in Norwalk and Milford and is undergoing preparations for an opening in North Haven.
