Scott Hughes, president of New Dover Associates, Inc., Framingham brokered the sale of 956 Turnpike St. on behalf of the buyers, Briamanda Canton, LLC and Apogee Realty of Canton, LLC, for the purchase price of $2.65 million. John Naughton, president of The Naughton Company, Hingham, represented the seller, Newport Realty, LLC, in the sale transaction. 956 Turnpike St. is an eight-year old multi-tenanted 26,600 s/f office/showroom/warehouse building. The building was fully leased to three tenants at the time of the sale. New Dover Associates, Inc. is now the exclusive leasing agent for 956 Turnpike St.
