Dunn and Kelleher of Kelleher & Sadowsky Assoc. broker $800,000 sale of 16,320 s/f building in Auburn

According to Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates, Inc., 100 Southbridge St. has been sold. R&R Realty Trust sold the 16,320 s/f building to Wholesale Property Company, LLC of Dayton, Ohio for $800,000. Worcester WinNelson Company, a leading supplier of domestic and industrial plumbing supplies and materials in the region, will operate out of this location. Dayton-based WinWholesale, Inc., with over 550 locations nationwide, owns Worcester WinNelson. Peter Dunn and Tom Kelleher, both of Kelleher & Sadsowsky Associates, Inc., brokered the transaction.
