Caretenders VS of Boston, LLC, an affiliate of Almost Family, Inc. has leased 4,134 s/f of office space at 287 Turnpike Rd. Scott Hughes, president, and Daniel Cambria, associate of New Dover Associates, Inc. represented the property owner, Baltic Turnpike, LLC. Caretenders VS was represented by Bo Richardson, portfolio account manager of Mohr Partners of Dallas, Tex.
287 Turnpike Rd., located along Rte. 9, is an attractive three story 49,408 s/f masonry brick and steel frame class A office building with a contiguous window line, parking and a passenger elevator as well as a newly renovated common fitness room with showers/lockers and a common kitchen/break room.
