Horvath & Tremblay sells Garrison Commons for $8.1 million - a newly constructed grocery-anchored retail center

Dover, NH Bob Horvath of Horvath & Tremblay has completed the sale of Garrison Commons. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer to close the property at a sale price of $8.1 million. 

Garrison Commons is a newly constructed grocery-anchored retail center comprised of three separate buildings. ALDI Supermarket and Newburyport Savings Bank tenant two of the buildings while the third in-line multi-tenant building is tenanted by Chipotle, Firehouse Subs and SportClips. The property is located at a signalized intersection along the area’s primary retail corridor. The site offers access from both Central Ave. and Glenwood Ave.
