Hogan Assocs. sells 43 Hoover Rd. - $2.6 million

Middletown, RI Hogan Associates brokered the April 4, 2022 sale of 43 Hoover Rd., a modern home located off Tuckerman Ave. The property sold for $2.6 million. Caroline Richards of Hogan Associates represented the buyer, and Dina Karousos and Nicole Lucenti of Gustave White Sotheby’s represented the seller.
