Hobbs Brook Management adds 335,000 s/f to office building portfolio

Hobbs Brook Management LLC recently purchased 301 and 401 Edgewater Place. The buildings, totaling 335,000 s/f, are located within Edgewater Office Park. Hobbs Brook, which owns 601 and 701 Edgewater Dr. in the same office park, purchased the properties in order to strengthen its market share in suburban Boston. This purchase of 301 and 401 Edgewater Place increases Hobbs Brook Management's property holdings in Wakefield to four buildings. A unique attribute, Hobbs Brook Management is a full-service, on-site management firm providing tenants with immediate responses to service requests and emergency needs, resulting in faster issue resolution. Hobbs Brook Management's established a customer support team specifically to respond quickly and effectively to any and all concerns.
