Housing Management Resources, Inc. to manage Eagle Ridge Apartments

North Quincy, MA Housing Management Resources, Inc. (HMR), a dynamic, full-service property management company, has acquired the management of Eagle Ridge Apartments in Edwardsville, PA.

Eagle Ridge Apartments is home to 252 families and offers one, two, and three-bedroom apartment homes with a mixture of comfort, quality, and design. Their on-site property management team members are devoted to HMR’s “Together Works” Initiative, where their guiding vision forges a culture of mutual respect, support, and accountability. Their strategy is to create a web of services and activities that is wide enough to offer something to every resident. They believe this encourages a more personal relationship and moves beyond their compliance, rent collection and maintenance roles.

“We are very excited to take on another property in Pennsylvania. We are confident our team will provide the best services we have to offer to make this community a home to the residents and a great place to work for the staff,” said Nancy Reno, VP of marketing and training.

HMR’s philosophy is to set expectations high for each team member, and then to provide the training and support to foster success. HMR pledges to do this in accordance with their core values of Integrity, Respect, Enthusiasm, Accountability, Commitment, and Harmony. HMR manages over 8000 apartment homes spanning eleven states. HMR’s expertise encompasses Low Income Housing Tax Credits and the full range of HUD programs, with a special emphasis on the layering of funding programs.
