Himmel of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty sells 8 Green Hill Ocean Dr. for $3.6 million

South Kingstown, RI Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty negotiated the sale of 8 Green Hill Ocean Dr., Green Hill for $3.6 million. The sellers were represented by Michael Himmel, sales associate with Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty. Regina Livingston of BHHS New England Properties represented the buyer.

According to data from the Multiple Listing Service, this marks the highest sale in Green Hill since 2013.

Located in the sought-after community of Green Hill Beach, this classic shingle style home allows for ocean views from nearly every window. The beachfront retreat features an open concept main living space, the four bedrooms and two- and one-half bathrooms.

“A luxurious home located on one of the best beaches in the state,” said Himmel. “I am overjoyed for the new stewards of the home to enjoy what Green Hill has to offer.”
