
Lexington, MA Bierbrier Development has appointed Maura Hickey as marketing and communications manager. Hickey will be responsible for managing marketing and communications initiatives and strategies, and for creating brand awareness of Bierbrier’s portfolio. She brings over 10 years of marketing experience, having previously worked as a sales and marketing manager in real estate for West One Enterprises Ltd., Canada. She held other marketing positions at DELL and Lionbridge, and was a Business Lecturer at Vaasa University of Applied Sciences, Finland.
Sofia Loyack has been appointed assistant to the president/office manager. Loyack brings over 15 years of extensive experience in administration management. Prior to joining Bierbrier Development, she worked at Wolverine Worldwide, Cognos/IBM and Elizabeth Grady. She has also been very active and passionate as a fundraising chair and co-chair for various educational fundraising events. Sofia is a graduate of Newbury College with a degree in Business Management.
Randolph, MA Sterling Trust has sold its Sterling Plaza neighborhood retail site located at 45 Mazzeo Dr. to The Shops at Randolph, LLC. The property is home to several restaurants, including the West End Grill, The Well, Outback Steakhouse and It’s Game Time Sportsbar.
