Heritage Properties in Lowell, MA promotes Diamantopoulos to chief operating officer

Lowell, MA Heritage Properties, a real estate development and full-service property management company, has named Mindy Diamantopoulos as its chief operating officer. Previously appointed as senior vice president, Diamantopoulos will continue to strengthen Heritage Properties’ operations, oversee and improve management, and effectively advance the family-owned organization.

“We are thrilled to welcome Mindy into her new role as COO,” said Jeff Bush, president of Heritage Properties. “She is an effective, thoughtful leader who brings an uncompromised commitment to improving operations for both our residents and our staff. We have the utmost confidence in Mindy’s proven abilities and are excited to see how she continues to carry out our company’s mission of ‘putting people first.’”

With almost 20 years of experience in property management, Diamantopoulos has demonstrated successful decision-making and exemplary operational skills throughout her tenure at Heritage Properties. Since joining the team in 2003 as an administrative assistant, she has been a transformative figure - rising through the ranks while applying innovative organizational solutions and delivering on company-wide goals.

Her career trajectory at Heritage Properties is a testament to her impact on the company: Mindy went on to become an assistant property manager in 2004, and was subsequently promoted to property manager in 2006, vice president in 2007, and senior vice president in 2012. Diamantopoulos holds a BS in Business Management from Central Connecticut State University and has achieved IREM’s Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation.

“As Heritage Properties looks ahead to our next chapter as a company, I’m honored to have been selected to serve as COO,” said Diamantopoulos. “The Heritage Properties team has invested so much of their time into me, and I aim to emulate that level of commitment, dedication, and generosity every day in my new role.
